This is totally random, but I love informercials. They're just so ridiculous (about 98% of them are). Like, the exaggeration of everything and the over-enthusiasm of everybody and the (most likely) made up doctors, dentists, etc. verifications and approvals on the product, but making it "4 out of 5" to make it sound legit. And most of the products on infomercials are the stupidest things. Like, seriously, who comes up with these ideas? They try so hard to make the product seem cool and "Oh! You need this. Your life will never be the same again! Your life is a horrible mess without it, you failure!" It's just so funny. Every time I actually see someone who actually owns a product I saw on an infomercial... I can't help but snigger at their expense because they most likely got gipped.
Nothing makes me feel better about myself than watching people on infomercials.
And my personal favorite:
Ahh, they are so graceful. Talk about dramatic. I don't even know how some of those things even happen XD I mean the milk kid and the guy with the sunglasses. Just what?
Some of the things they sell though. I mean really. And their jingles and the names they come up with for the products. Good grief. It is definite face-palm worthy.
That golf club one, I believe it was number 4... oh dear. Just, WHO COMES UP WITH THAT??? And who approved it? And who let it get on TV?
Well, infomercials just make me love humans more yet lose faith in humanity at the same time.
I remember that Mr. Microphone infomercial. GAG!! Pretty much to all of them!! :P
